Infrared Sauna
What it is
A private infrared sauna using gentle wavelengths to warm the body from the inside out. Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes at 50–65°C — far more tolerable than a traditional sauna and just as effective.

Cold Plunge / Ice Bath
What it is
Controlled cold-water immersion in a clean, temperature-regulated plunge. Sessions are typically 2–10 minutes at 2–10°C, tailored to your experience and goals.
